Duston Sports Centre has a large free car park on site for its visitors to use. On the odd occasion this gets full then there is plenty of street parking on Cotswold Avenue itself.

Firstly, we always want our client’s to feel comfortable and dignified. We will need access to the affected area to assess and treat so loose fitting clothing such as a vest or shorts is recommended.

We take all major cards or cash at your session or if you prefer there are some package payment links below.

50% Upfront is chargeable for new patients on their initial consultation. This help us reduce no shows and lost appointment time.

Packages and Mens Health Sessions are payable upfront

Of course you can! In fact, a large amount of our clientele have issues that haven’t arisen from sport or wouldn’t class themselves as active. Whether you have a stiff neck from riding your bicycle or carrying a handbag we will endeavour to help.

Yes! Of course, who visits a therapist just for a chat? If you wish and there are no contraindications then we guarantee treatment on your first visit.

There is never a one size fits all when it comes to treatment frequency as there are too many variables. However, we will work with your injury, training program, schedule and finances to make a personalised treatment plan ensuring you get given as much home advice as possible to help to fix yourself.

We offer x 2 packages for MSK conditions to reduce pay as you go prices. The Kick Starter, x 3 30 min sessions, as we can help most conditions in 3 visits to kick start and get you back on the road to recovery. The Maintainer x 5 60 Mins sessions, as lots of clients like to come for full body treatment to support their training ever 4/6 weeks for example.

Depending which studies you read, Shockwave therapy works best as a course of 3-6 sessions with no more than 7-10 days in between sessions. We will discuss your specific requirement at your initial consultation. Check our shockwave page for more details

Mens health Shockwave sessions will depend on your condition. There are generally 6-12 sessions in length.

Yes we offer online consultations via Facetime, Whatapp or Zoom. They take 30 mins and will include an email follow up with details about your consultation and things to work on at home. These are priced the same as a 30 min session in clinic.

So we want you to feel better not worse. Some testing can provoke a pain response and some treatment options can be a bit uncomfortable but feel free to say or let us know if this is a concern and we can ease off or use more tolerable techniques.

Or equally we believe a strong deep tissue sports massage is great for helping tight or tired muscles so if you book a sports massage expecting more than just a a gentle massage we can deliver that too.
